Scrappy-Doo is a Great Dane canine who investigates the supernatural.
Scrappy was born with a pituitary gland disorder that stunted his growth.
As a result of no growth hormones, Scrappy-Doo does not reach full maturity.

Due to this Scrappy-Doo does not grow into his six feet adult form.
Instead, Scrappy-Doo remains in his puppy form at the height of one foot.
Because of his gland disorder, his voice also remains squeaky and low-pitched.
Not properly maturing into a deeper more respectable tone that he would've wanted.

Scrappy-Doo is assertive, brave, confident, and intelligent despite his size.
Scrappy-Doo has an alpha-of-the-pack mentality and sees himself as the alpha dog.
Wanting nothing more than to lead his own pack and put his skills to good use.

Scrappy-Doo spent the first two years of his life with Mystery Inc. solving mysteries.
The gang did not respect Scrappy as a member and would neglect the Great Dane.
They scorned and ridiculed Scrappy because of his pituitary gland disorder.
Secretly they were envious of Scrappy's abilities and projected their anger onto him.
Wanting nothing more than for him to make a mistake and fail so they can look better.

Scrappy has shown that he is a brilliant genius.
A natural-born leader who is clever and brave.
And Mystery Inc. resented him for that.

Fred felt inadequate compared to Scrappy-Doo's leadership.
Velma is insecure that a dog is smarter than her.
Daphne was jealous of Scrappy's independence.
Shaggy wished he had Scrappy's bravery.
Even his uncle was envious of him.

One day the gang travels through Nevada to solve the case of the Luna Ghost.
Scrappy-Doo awakens from his nap and makes his way to the front of the van.
Excited at the case Scrappy talks about rocking and socking the Luna Ghost.
Wanting to prove himself and defeat the villain with his signature puppy power.

Fred attempts to assault Scrappy's beliefs by insisting that ghosts don't exist.
The Great Dane reaffirms to the cynical skeptic that the supernatural does exist.
Stating that when he does find them he'll give them a dose of his puppy power.
Ironic given that two years later Scrappy-Doo would become a Demon God.

Scrappy-Doo then accidentally urinates on Daphne due to his gland disorder.
In his excitement, the small puppy prematurely urinates due to his small bladder.
Scrappy coyly gasps and plays on his cuteness upon realizing he is urinating.

Fred slams the brakes and sends the Great Dane flying into the window.
Scrappy splats against the windshield with his tongue hanging out.
He slides off and groans as he fixes his muzzle and snout.

Fred tries to insult Scrappy-Doo's intelligence.
Implying that Scrappy was marking his territory.
This angered the Great Dane immensely.

The proud canine has had enough of their disrespect.
Scrappy tells Fred he doesn't have what it takes to be a leader.
Then he gave the members of Mystery Inc. an ultimatum.

Make him the leader of Mystery Inc. or he'll leave to find his own pack.
Instead of showing Scrappy some respect they instead threw him out.
Even Scrappy's uncle Scooby was fine with abandoning his nephew.
Evidently, blood is not thicker than water based on Scooby's actions.

In their act of cruelty, the members of Mystery Inc. had committed a crime.
Without Scrappy-Doo there to be their scapegoat they turned on themselves.
As the youngest member of the group Scrappy learned from the worst.
After the Luna Ghost case, they would disband over their toxic egos.

Scrappy-Doo had taken this opportunity to become a supernatural detective.
His first case was Spooky Island and the claims of the supernatural.
Little did he know about the Magna Canis prophecy that awaited him.

There he found the Daemon Ritus on the abandoned Spooky Coaster ride.
It spoke to him and told him that it was his destiny to reign over the world.
Scrappy-Doo had fallen under the influence of the Daemon Ritus.
Seeking to attain ultimate power by becoming a Demon God.

He would fulfill the Magna Canis prophecy and ascend into the Daemon Lord.
Mystery Inc. would soon rue the day that they messed with Scrappy-Doo.
He'll show who the top dog is by commanding the powers of the supernatural.
