CHEESY MILKY DOUGHNUTS

𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
1/2 cup milk (i used evaporated)
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp yeast
2 cups bread flour
1 medium egg
2 tbsp or 1/4 cup butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Filling:
165g cheese (grated)
33g milk or 1 swak pack

NOTE: For the cheese, I used half magnolia daily queso and half eden melt sarap. Bakit? Kasi yan ang nasa refrigerator namin. Kung available po sa lugar niyo, pwede kayong gumamit ng 1 bar eden original or 1 bar quickmelt para mas bongga.
