'We Are Fully Prepared For Both Options, War And Peace': Iran Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi

Описание: Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi told India Today in an exclusive interview from Tehran that Iran is fully prepared for both war and peace as he prepares for talks in Geneva. Araghchi said, 'Iran is not developing nuclear weapons' and dismissed claims from US President Donald Trump's State of the Union address as 'fake news'. He stated that Iran has intentionally limited its missile range below 2,000 kilometres and is not developing long-range missiles. On negotiations with the P5+1, Araghchi said, 'I believe a fair, balanced, and equitable deal is achievable,' though he expressed concern about the other side's determination. He referenced Israel's attack during negotiations last June, saying, 'the wounds of that aggression are still alive in our minds.' Araghchi emphasised that Iran will not give up its rights for peaceful use of nuclear technology whilst remaining ready to address concerns.
