Описание: Since 2009, the Chinese Restaurant Awards have been recognized by the international media and the dining public, as the authoritative dinning guide for Chinese restaurants in Metro Vancouver and Greater Toronto. In 2013, Vancouver saw the inauguration of Chinese Master Chefs. Eight coveted awards were presented to Chinese Chefs who were recognized individually for their superb artistry and refined cooking techniques. For 2014, the Chinese Restaurant Awards have expanded internationally by inviting recognized award-winning Chinese Chefs to Vancouver, to present their own Chinese signature dishes. Our collective goal is to promote the expansion of business, trade and tourism between China and Canada, by showcasing the culinary excellence of local and international Chinese Master Chefs.
