I’ve made this track 35 minutes to start to keep the experience gentle, supportive, and easier for your body to absorb.
This gentle bridge affirmation practice is here to support your nervous system as you move through social spaces whether that’s meeting new people, being in public, speaking up, or simply being seen.
These affirmations are not about forcing confidence or “fixing” you.
They’re about creating a bridge from where you are now… to a place of a little more ease, safety, and self-trust.
