Детское УЗИ брюшной полости - Образование в проекции передних отделов печени у ребенка

Описание: Подросток в ОРИТ ДГКБ со сложным анамнезом.
Назначено УЗИ на предмет контроля жидкости в грудной и брюшной полостях.
На УЗИ незначительный гидроторакс с одной стороны, небольшие скопления осумкованной жидкости в брюшной полости, в том числе подпеченочно, и гетерогенное, солидно-жидкостное, образование в проекции передних отделов печени (осумкованная жидкость/гематома).

Pediatric Abdominal ultrasound - Lesion in the projection of the anterior liver in a child

A patient with a complicated history in the ICU of th City Children Hospital.
An ultrasound was assigned to monitor fluid in the chest and abdominal cavities.
On ultrasound, insignificant hydrothorax on the one side, small pocket of fluid in the abdominal cavity, including the subhepatic space, and some kind of heterogeneous, solid-liquid lesion in the projection of the anterior liver (presumably liver hematoma).
At follow-up US after about 12 hours, the echogenicity of the solid component became higher than the hepatic, due to which the fuzzy and uneven border between the liver and the solid component of the lesion became clearly visible. Presumably, including by the opinion of colleagues, a hematoma of the liver.
