Actor Mike Heslin, best known for his role in Taylor Sheridan's Special Ops: Lioness, has died at the age of 30.

Heslin suffered a sudden heart attack and was hospitalized for a week before his death on July 2.

Audiences will recognize Helin as Polo, a role he played in the first two episodes of Special Ops: Lioness in 2023. The show, created by Yellowstone writer Sheridan, also stars Zoe Saldana and Nicole Kidman.
Heslin also starred in the Lifetime movie The Holiday Proposal Plan last year and The Influencers in 2020. Before that, in 2016, he appeared in the Paramount+ series Younger, starring Hilary Duff.

The news of his death was announced on social networks by his husband, Nicolas James Wilson, who goes by the nickname Scotty Dynamo.

"Michael is young, in perfect health and doctors have no explanation for what happened," Wilson wrote alongside photos of him and Heslin, including those from their wedding in November last year.

Wilson recalled how the late actor "single-handedly helped me get through many bouts of cancer."
