Progress continues to be made on our customers little blue LS swapped S10 pickup truck we've had in the shop for the last month or so. Projects like this take time to chip away at, resolving one issue at a time and sometimes creating NEW issues.
So, quick introduction to this project for those who don't know it. S10 standard cab truck, LS under the hood, Carb on top, TH350 transmission and currently going to be set up as an all motor drag race truck. Eventually the plan is to convert to a twin turbo setup but that's not in the cards for this season. Still, a little light weight truck with a 5.3LS should be able to do some pretty good boogying!
This is NOT our normal kind of thing we just happen to be in a position to handle a lot of little challenges for our customer and share it all with you folks. It's undeniable the popularity of the S10 drag truck, anyone who's seen the Street Racing Channel S10 or any of the hundreds of others certainly knows that.
We hope you all enjoy seeing us share some of the steps of making this truck a reality, and maybe even have learned a thing or two!
