Описание: Episode 86: With my first job as a pharmacy informaticist, I did not anticipate the hundreds of hours I would eventually spend defining, implementing and revising labels including prescription labels, long TPN labels, large volume IV labels where the main solution is highlighted and IV piggyback labels where the antibiotic or other drug is highlighted. When a regulatory agency discovered discarded IV bags with protected health information fully exposed, the pharmacy informaticist was given an emergency label project to find a way to protect the HIPAA PHI on IV and unit-dose labels.
