Give any of these ab exercises a try using a core slider or small towels or socks on a smooth surface

1. Knee tuck
2. Pike
3. Sweeping climbers
4. Side to side tucks
5. Single leg knee tuck
6. Slider v up
7. Reverse bridge
8. Slide outs
9. Quad reach
10. Body saw
Choose 3-4 of these exercises and perform each for 30 seconds, with 10-30 sec rest between exercises for 3-4 rounds
