i am restarting my fitness journey (again) but this time after getting more knowledge on how to build muscle and cut fat. i did not know i had to bulk in order to build muscle and then cut in order to lose the fat. this process is still very foreign to me and i am trying to figure out how to balance my foods since i am now eating almost double of what i would usually eat while counting my calories, fats, carbs, and protiens. i am only 5 days into this fitness journey and i never thought that eating a lot would be the hard part.
here i decided to record while having trouble with a meal that would usually be so enjoyable. sit back and relax while you watch me yap about this fitness journey, getting my phone back, and returning to my other social medias.
