▶️ Ingredients 材料:
Plain flour 普通面粉 160g
Corn flour 玉米粉 40g
Egg 鸡蛋 (A size) 2 pcs
Caster sugar 细砂糖 150g
Water 清水 120ml
Extra sugar to make a cross
多余的细砂糖用于划十字
将鸡蛋隔热水打发,会比较快打至体积蓬松充满气泡。
