Hello viewers, I'm Joel Syquia and in this series I take a solo motorbike journey from Manila to Ilocos Sur to feature 3 historic churches near Vigan that you shouldn't miss!
In this 1st Episode, I ride straight up to Vigan on my BMW R1250 GS and show you around the Heritage City on my motorbike, including Calle Crisologo. I then cross the Govantes River to the neighboring municipality of San Vicente to feature its historic church, which is officially known as St. Vincent Ferrer Parish Church. Not a lot of people know about this church even though it's near Vigan, because most visitors and tourists tend to focus on Vigan's Cathedral. Even some residents of Vigan have not yet visited this church. What some people don't realize is that this church is more than 200 years old and it is actually one of the main pilgrim sites in Ilocos Sur.
