God's Will is to Heal Everyone - Even the "Worst"

According to the gospel, it should be clear that Jesus' will is to heal everyone all the time, but I hear there are some who don't believe this, which contradicts what Jesus did and said regarding healing when He walked here on earth..... Jesus is the perfect representation of our heavenly Father (Heb 1:3), and therefore Jesus did is exactly what our heavenly Father wants to do for each of us today too, praise God. (John 14:9-11) ... So the question is--do we ever see Jesus making anyone sick in the Bible, to be frank? No, of course not. Putting this point together with the fact that God is the same yesterday, today and forever (Heb 13:8), we can conclude that His will (revealed to us "out in the open" by Jesus) is to heal everyone today also--no iffs, ands, or buts about it. No one is left out of the picture with regard to healing--for Jesus was notorious for being a loving friend of sinners, who went about healing ALL who were oppressed by the devil. (Act 10:38)
