A shooting, in-field look at our experiences with Shootsteel.com's "Static" and "Short Range" steel targets. These have been tested for months prior to this review and you'll see why these targets failed to impress us, not quite delivering on their claims. From complaints from customers the "Short Range" version has been redesigned to correct the totally lacking audible feedback (shown here). We are surprised that it was ever sold in this form however (previous customers should be given 50% off coupons to correct these original targets, which had been highly touted by GunTubers here in YT btw). Some other significant drawbacks are also discovered and shown here which further relegate them to rare use here in TNP. I still rec' the www.letargets.com product shown here therefore. We have identified no shortcomings in them despite 10,000 rds fired.
