In this video, Marla Berg-Weger discusses loneliness and social isolation assessment and intervention, focusing on the 4M of Age-Friendly Care: What Matters. This content is part of the CNA Apprenticeship Series and supports Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in delivering person-centered, age-friendly care.
