Fat adapted endurance training is a relatively new way of looking at fuelling your performance. Becoming fat adapted is all about utilising the fat on your body as fuel to perform these amazing athletic fetes. I would even go as far as say that becoming fat adapted gives you an edge in the endurance world above others that are stuck sucking down excess calories in order to get across the finish line of an endurance race.
