Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has finalized a significant agreement with U.S.-based GE Aerospace to acquire 113 F404-GE-IN20 jet engines for the Tejas light combat aircraft program. As per the regulatory filing, deliveries are scheduled to commence in 2027 and must be completed by 2032.
