In this trader training video we look at the correlation between the dax and the eurostoxx and how we can structure a trade on the price ladder whilst we watch the order flow. In the trading video we watch how the dax drifts up but then reverses down with order flow momentum which gives you a clue to get short in the Eurostoxx. Technically we had an inside week break,this is what gives you extra conviction to enter this momentum directional move in the Eurostoxx Equity Index. When the selling keeps coming in on the Dax gives you further opportunity to get short in the Eurostoxx. Essentially the German Dax Equity futures market gives you the clue and the conviction you need for the trade. Keep your eyes on this correlation and add it into your playbook of potential trading patterns when the flows and technical landscape coincide.
