These same basic techniques can be applied for bucktail teasers, flags, and jigs. So, once you learn how to tie bucktail-dressed single hooks, you've pretty much got the rest covered, too. This will save you a bunch of money (which is great), but the best part is the ability to customize exactly what you want in hooks, teasers, flags + jigs. Bucktail: Natural bucktail from deer
Hook Sharpener: "Bastard" file or similar metal file
Thread: Uni Big Fly Thread (red or any color you like)
