Researchers at the Psychosocial Safety Climate Global Observatory are joined by guests in the launch of a landmark university staff wellbeing report. As the presentation discusses, it looks the like the sector has a lot to improve on.
Join ARC Laureate Professor Maureen Dollard from Adelaide University as she breaks down the key components of the report, including the ranking of Australian universities by their Psychosocial Safety Climate Scores. She is joined by guests:
