Hi guys, I tried the 75 soft challenge.
Join me as I prepare my morning coffee with a touch of MCT wellness. I'm exploring keto friendly options by adding monk fruit sweetener to my hot coffee for weight loss. I also incorporated a thirty minute walk most days amongst other habits. I hope you enjoy!

WHAT I WANT TO DO:
stop watching YouTube/ its like a drug for me
move my body everyday and focus on my health and wellness, focus on eating lots of protein, fiber and healthy fats and taking my vitamins
focus on learning and creating instead of consuming
WHY- MY GOALS :
I want to lose 15 lbs to be at the weight I was before pregnancy
I want to stop doom scrolling on YouTube/ I watch too much youtube/ hours/ I want to focus on learning about topics like homeschooling, psychology and anything kids related and of course the word of God
I want to create habits to instill in my kids, like working out/ moving my body everyday, reading, thinking, creating, learning new recipes for example, keeping an organized and clean home
prioritizing my health and that of my families
