Use 1 cup of peanuts to 1/2 cup of whole rice and you will get about 1 litre of curds. Starter can be chill stems, store bought curd starter like Jamaa, kefir, rejeuvelac or even a dairy curd starter for the very first time. Once you have made it you can even keep the starter in the freezer for the next time. Enjoy!
