INGREDIENTS
For Mashed Potatoes,
peeled potatoes - 400g(for boil 1L water add (1 tsp salt)
salted butter - 40g
cream cheese spread/cheese - 40g
For Gravy,
butter/oil - 1 tbsp
corn flour/maida/flour - 1 tbsp
chicken stock cube - 1/2 dissolve in (1 cup) of boiled water / chicken stock/broth - 1 cup
pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
soy /oyster sauce - 1/4 tsp
