Step by Step - Filing Online Form for Trademark Agent Exam

Описание: If you wish to start career as trademark professional in India, then trademark agent exam is the golden opportunity to begin with. Trademark Agent Exam is conducted by Govt of India. The examination date is 7th May 2023.

Pre-Requisites for applying online Before applying online, candidates should–
 Scan color photograph in jpg format not exceeding 300 KB in size.
 Scan signature (BLACK INK) in jpg format not exceeding 100KB. Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS will NOT be accepted.
 Keep scanned copy of following documents in .pdf format, preferably self-attested and other necessary details readyi.
Proof of age - Aadhaar card/PAN Card/Driving License/Class 10th Certificate/Birth Certificate, etc.
ii. Degree Certificate in accordance under Rule 144 of the Trade Marks Rules, 2017, whichever is applicable.
iii. Proof of Citizenship - Passport/Voter Id card/Certificate of Nationality (Aadhaar card is not a Proof of Citizenship).
 Ensure to have a valid personal email Id.
 Ensure to have a mobile number.
