Sir John Chilcot's report into the Iraq war has finally been published. It was based on dozens of witness interviews and 150,000 pages of evidence, and has harsh words for many involved in the war. 13 years on from the initial invasion, Iraq remains in a state of chaos. Since foreign troops left the country in 2011, Iraq's government has fought various armed groups, including Daesh. So was the removal of Saddam Hussein the right decision? Or did it create a failed state? The Newsmakers' Francis Collings reports.
