Some points missed in my excitement...
1. No CDR needed - roll Area Damage, Double Crit
2. Any double Crit amulet till you can get a Flavour of Time in the cube
3. Royal Ring of Grandeur from Act 1 bounties, Avarice Band from Act 3
4. I tried Briggs ring, but I don't like it for T16, the grouping causes your spears to miss and you don't need huge area damage procs in T16/Bounties
5. Gloves of Worship are a good shout to be worked into the bounty build (no real need for FoT then so add some damage or toughness in that slot
6. Roll 'Bone Spear Damage' on Boots, but can also go on helm & offhand
7. You can use gem of ease for more XP in weapon if you like
