The threat of an oncoming flood causes all of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s members to pack up and go home. Wanting to get some more work done and not fearing the storm, Steve stays behind. As he makes his rounds to confirm everyone's evacuated, he comes across Natasha. She's very aware of the weather situation, and she has no intent of leaving. The streets are beginning to flood. The building is empty. So...what is she still doing there?
