The Scarborough Bluffs, also known as The Bluffs, is an escarpment in the Scarborough district of Toronto, Ontario, Canada and are a significant geological feature resulting from the accumulation of sedimentary deposits over 12,000 years ago! The Bluffs rises 91 metres above and stretches approximately 15 kilometres along the Lake Ontario shoreline.
Located just 40 minutes away from downtown Toronto, this gorgeous place is perfect for a day trip featuring hiking, swimming, fishing or sunbathing. There are nine parks along the bluffs, with Bluffers Park being the only one with a beach.
