Bob Close raced to a victory in the fourth annual Dave Lundgren Memorial at McKean County Raceway on Saturday night.

Close took over the lead on lap 23 and went on to take the checkered flag in the Northern Tier Inc. ULMS Late Models race, which paid ,2,500 to the winner. Denton Boyer was second followed by Dan Stone, Mike Blose and Dave Hess Jr.

Qualifying heat winners were Brent Rhebergen, who unofficially broke the track record with a lap of 14.37 seconds, Blose and Stone.

The United E-Mod Series entered the track for their first ever visit to MCR.

Taking the checkered flag was Randy Hall. He held off the challenge of Rhebergen. Shawn Shingledecker was third followed by Travis Asel and Russ Dunn. Heat winners were Dunn, Hall and Rich Gardner.

The Bill Layfield Memorial was on tap for the Street Stocks.

Justin Baxter turned back the challenge of Rich Wojtowicz. Taking third was Richard Hemphill followed by Jason Dobson and Tim Bruce. Heat winners were Wojtowicz, Baxter and Shane Wolfer.

Jim Frank would grab the win in the FASTRAK Late Models. John Lacki was second followed by Bobby Powell, John Haggerty and Derrick Frank. Kyle Drum and Jim Frank won heats.

Steve Mowery won his second consecutive Mini Stocks feature. Nick Snayzuk was second followed by William Bailey, Chris Parr and Joe Boylan. Heat winners were Snayzuk and Mowery.

Dennis Thomas picked up the win in the Pure Stocks. Taking second was John Ellwood followed by Mark Schweikart, Donnie Williams and Brad Curran. Thomas and Ellwood won heats.
