Dairy free meal ideas! As a mom to 5 I know how hard it can be to come up with healthy meal ideas the family will love. As a nursing mother I also understand the importance of a diet that helps my baby be his happiest and healthiest, that’s why I am dairy free. Dairy in my diet causes my babies colic, reflux, rashes, and spitting up. When I’m dairy free my baby is happy and reflux free!
