This is the beginning of a food forest and I wanted to show you a quick tour of the property before we start planting and gardening, and building what will eventually become a sustainable permaculture food forest. With challenges such as massive trees and tons of shade to contend with.
What inspired me to start this food forest was the dream of working hand in hand with nature, listening to the land while following some permaculture concepts to add my human touch. But mostly to be able to one day browse my food forest garden and graze on delicious fruit picked right from the tree or fresh raw veggies plucked right from the garden.
I want to build something organic, with something new to look at around every corner. I want to bring this space to it's full potential and I want to share with you how I created my food forest.
