Hypogee's new album is a collection of collaborative singles with other artists that have been released since February, with Mitsuo Shindo as the total producer. The songs, which were produced in collaboration with Tomoyuki Tanaka of Fantastic Plastic Machine, Keigo Oyamada, Jun Sasaki of Koza Nonutra, Towa Tei, Hiroshi Kawabe, Audio Active, Kazufumi Kodama, and others, are like a questionnaire asking, "What do you like about Hypogee? The songs are like a questionnaire asking "What do you like about Hi-Positive?" Each song brings out the charm of Hi-Positive, which is built on a balance of hard and soft, cool and hot, heavy and light, in its own way.
The distorted silence of (2), the bottomless heaviness of (6) and (7), the coolness and humour of (8), the confidence of (9), and the beauty of the last song (10) as a pop song.
