Ingredients
・Zucchini
・Young corn
・Appropriate amount of wheat flour
・A little salt
・Oil
Ingredients(tentsuyu)
・200cc water
・2g Japanese soup stock
・40cc soy sauce
・40cc mirin
Ingredients (tempura batter)
・200cc water
・70g wheat flour
Recipe
・Add 200cc water, 2g Japanese soup stock, 40cc soy sauce and 40cc mirin and heat.
・Turn off the heat when it boils.
・Cut the ingredients.
・Dust with flour.
・Add 200cc cold water and 70g flour and mix a little.
・Put on tempura batter.
・Fry in oil at 180 degrees Celsius.
