I’m officially 9 weeks out from my first bodybuilding show of the year, and in this video I’m walking you through exactly what I eat on a low day during prep!
Macros:
Protein: 175g | Carbs: 140g | Fat: 40g
Low days are only on my rest days during contest prep to help manage overall intake—this is NOT how I eat year-round. But it’s part of what helps me get stage ready.
