Hey Workout Partners! Join me for a 20 Minute Full Body Strength Training Home Dumbbell Workout! We have 3 Circuits. 3 exercises each circuit and we will go through each circuit 2 times! Each Circuit will last for 45 seconds and will be followed by 15 seconds rest.
Workout:
Circuit 1-
Stationary Lunge w/One Arm Shoulder Press
One Leg Knee Up to Upright Row
Squat to Standing Fly
Circuit 2-
Lunge Front Raise to Triceps Squeeze
Squat to Stiff Leg Deadlift
In and Out Bicep to Knee Tucks
Circuit 3-
Plank Pull Throughs
Bridge w/ Pullovers
Elbow Knee Tucks w 2-sec hold
Alternating Chest Press
Level: All Levels
Equipment: Dumbbells
Intensity: Low
