Ingredients:
Marinate
1 kg. Pork Menudo cut
1/4 cup Soy sauce
4 pcs. Laurel leaves
Oil, for sauteing
4 cloves Garlic, minced
1 pc. Onion, minced
Marinated pork
1/4 cup Vinegar
5 pcs. Hotdog
3 cups Pineapple juice
4 Tbsp. Sugar
1 pc. Red bell pepper
1/4 cup Pickled relish
1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp. Fish sauce
Season with black pepper
1 cup Fresh pineapple
