Описание: In this Sardinia adventure we start at the bottom of (or more accurately, below) the island by visiting Neptune’s Grotto, then a middle spot in the bowels of Canyon Corropu, and finally the top of the island at the summit of Punta la Marmara.

In this video the first of a three-day trip starts at bottom of Sardinia, specifically Neptune's Grotto.
The cave was discovered by local fishermen in the 18th century and has since been developed into a popular tourist attraction.
But getting into the cave takes a bit of daring.
But once inside its easy, at least for those that aren't claustrophobic.
We spent the next two hours exploring.
The next day, we crossed the island and visited the middle level within the Gorropu Gorge.
I see the ticket office. It's like Nepal.
This is the beginning of the easiest part. You just follow the green marks.
The gorge's depth is over 500 m …and the width is as little as 4 meters at the narrowest point.
And you will notice the yellow part is more challenging.
A bit athletic, lets say.
At the end of the yellow part, at one single red mark.
We recommend stopping there and please come back.
The red trail is very technical.
It is to be made with a local guide and proper equipment.
Nothing will stop you from entering but common sense.
Naturally I don't have much common sense.
So I went in to explore.
Raining. Time to head back before this thing fills with water or the rocks get slippery.
In the last adventure we aim at the top of the island.
Punta la Marmara.
We're at the trailhead.
The road is closed for the last km.
So we are ready to depart.
The first summit.
Summit 2 is on the other side over there.
Woohoo.
