One of my favorite and priced recipes, the Egg Pie.
This recipe always reminds me of the Philippines when eating it.
If you live far from Filipino bakery or markets, this is very hard to come by. Before I could just get this whenever I was because there was a Filipino bakery nearby.
Now I live in a place where are little to no Filipino products, I have to make do with what I can.
So as a Birthday treat to everyone, I am sharing my favorite dish.
