This week’s tip will save you time and reduce data entry errors.

✅ Search for Customer Templates
✅ Click NEW and set default values (e.g., Document Sending Profile = EMAIL, Posting Groups = Domestic, Payment Terms = NET 15)
✅ When creating a new customer, select your template - defaults applied instantly!

🧠 Notes to keep in mind:
1️⃣ If you only have one template, it applies automatically
2️⃣ Users can override the defaults on the customer card once created
3️⃣ Works for other master data like Vendors and Items as well.

This is a huge time saver and helps maintain consistency across your data.
