Описание: Venturing into the lives of a peculiar subculture in southern Oklahoma, a former city manager encounters a group of locals who have found an unconventional means of transportation through the use of riding lawnmowers. Affectionately dubbed the B'CATS, the Bryan County Alternative Transportation Society, the filmmaker discovers how these individuals have managed to utilize a legal loophole to ride their mowers on the streets. However, their struggles to keep their mowers functioning and evade law enforcement reveal a challenging and at times humorous reality.
