Wild Alaska halibut is a fish of culinary renown, with firm yet tender flakes and a clean delicate flavor. They are well-camouflaged hunters that blend in perfectly to the seafloor where they wait for unsuspecting prey. While one side of the fish matches the bottom terrain, the other side is completely white! Portions are 5-7 oz, frozen, vacuum-sealed, and boneless.
Caught using longline gear in the coastal waters of Southeast Alaska.
