Horrible Gemini Exchange Experience & Clueless Customer Service! Here's What Happened...

Описание: Gemini Exchange is supposed to be one of the top cryptoexchanges out there, but they messed up BIG time and their customer service can't seem to understand what the problem is. I know it's not a big deal money wise and it is a Terra Luna trade which I probably should not have engaged in anyways, but I feel like if an order went through and says completed but nothing actually happened, this is a huge red flag for crypto investors and people should know. What is even more alarming is that the Customer Service department at Gemini will not admit their mistake and pretend or actually can't comprehend what the issue is. Really disappointing and disheartening experience...
