People are excited about Cambodia's Craft Beer Scene

Описание: I love craft beer. When I first moved to Cambodia, one of the first things I did was look up the craft beer scene in Phnom Penh. I was excited to try all the local microbreweries, and I have not been disappointed. There are around 15 microbreweries in Cambodia. It's not a lot, but it's enough to keep me satisfied, and the industry is still growing.

One of my favourite places to get a pint is Noisy Chili - the bar/taproom for Riel Brewing. I was very excited to sit down with 2 of the owners and talk about their beer and brewing process. They were one of the earliest microbrewers in Cambodia, and despite some struggles, they are now one of the most successful.

I also go to Craft, a new bar on Phnom Penh's Palace Lane that specializes in, you guessed it, craft beer. The owner is also a co-owner of Fuzzy Logic Brewing Co. - another amazing microbrewery in both Vietnam and Cambodia. His passion for beer shines through as he discusses craft beer in Cambodia, who is making the best beers, and future craft beer events that he is organizing.

All that, plus I drink a lot of beer. Cheers!
