Unlike the companion video to this one... this is actually a real legit little trick. Not game breaking, but a real sweet technique. So time for some bonus thoughts!

The BanefulBirdRing which increases stability by 5 isn't too great. Better to just increase your stamina.
The special parry shields are REAL good with this trick, since the unique animation is hidden, they are the target shield, buckler and the mannequin shield (shown in this video at the end).
My personal preference is the Mannequin shield, since most peeps don't know it has the special parry and it looks like a standard shield, so they don't expect the parry spam.
Small shields also consume much less stamina on parries. Seriously, give it a try. Perhaps close to half as much!
Spam me if you ever manage the insta-parry in PvP or even PvE, curious to know if it works. Try many different shields, since some don't make the "parry"whoosh noise since it's probably being cancelled way before they even go active.
