P&O 3 night 90s cruise onboard the Pacific Encounter .
Cruise was delayed due to Cyclone Alfred and then turned out to be the second last P&O Australia cruise ever on the Pacific Encounter. This cruise got the worst of the cyclone weather as with pilot aboard we docked in Brisbane as the cyclone approached . The cruise after us sailed away from the cyclone and then didn't return until it was over . Which cause the cancellation of the final ever cruise on the Pacific Encounter . The ship will return to Brisbane as the Carnival Encounter .
The waves looked quite wild out go the windows and the water did hit level 5 windows . But the ship never felt very rocky due to the direction we were sailing in relation to the waves .
