Plans changed, but the vibes stayed 100! We headed to Khlong Lat Mayom expecting a sunny boat ride, but the tropical rain had other ideas. Instead of cruising the canals, we took cover under the market roofs and discovered the best way to spend a rainy day in Bangkok: Food, Shopping, and Total Relaxation.
Even without the boat tour, this market is a massive playground for the senses. From the sound of rain on the tin roofs to the smell of grilled seafood, it was the ultimate "slow travel" day.
