This raw mango Rasam is easy to cook and will be very tasty and healthy for all occasions like festivals, functions, parties. Ingredients:
Dried Turkey Berry: 10 Nos
Pepper Corns: 1 Tsp
Jeera: 1 Tsp
Garlic Pods: 10 Nos
Curry Leaves: Few
Green Chilli: 1 Nos
Oil: 1 Tsp
Fenugreek: 1/4 Tsp
Jeera: 1/4 Tsp
Dry Red Chillies: 2 Nos
Asafoetida: A Pinch
Salt: 1 Tsp
Turmeric Powder: 1/4 Tsp
Tamarind Juice: 1/2 Cup
Tomato: 2 Nos
Coriander Leaves: Few

Method:
1. To a Mortar and pestle add 1 tsp of pepper corns and 1 tsp of jeera. Grind to a fine powder.
2. To this add 10 garlic pods, few curry leaves and 1 green chilli. Crush them well. Keep this ready. Now lets start the preparation.
3. Heat a mud pot. To this add 1 tsp of oil. When the oil is nice and hot add 1/4 tsp of fenugreek, 1/4 tsp of jeera, 2 dried red chillies, few curry leaves, a pinch of asafoetida, the crushed ingredients, 2 ripe tomatoes finely chopped, 1 tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder and 1/2 tsp of homemade rasam powder. Mix it well until the tomato turns mashy.
5. Now the tomato is cooked well, so go ahead and ad 1/2 cup of tamarind juice & 2 cups of water. Mix it well and allow it to come to a boil.
6. Once it start to boil off the flame and sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves.
7. Now our delicious rasam is ready. Very healthy and deinetly an immunity booster. Serve it nice and hot with some steamed rice and enjoy with your family and friends.
