Railfanning CP Ponto Featuring a Rare Daytime Freight

After receiving word that a southbound BNSF freight train would be passing through San Diego County during daylight hours, I decided to head up to CP Ponto so I could film it along with several Amtrak and Coaster Trains. It was awesome to see a BNSF freight train during daylight hours since it used to be a rare occurrence up until 2007 or so. However, freight trains operating after dark is now the norm. Anyways, I had a lot of fun while I was filming trains at CP Ponto, and I'll see you next time right here on the YouTube channel when I film videos of trains during February of 2026.
