When there is no wind blowing, the Cyclones are LOUD from my house. Yesterday afternoon I was just on Discord chilling with some other siren enthusiasts (you can hear their reactions at the start of the video) when out of nowhere my phone started blaring the WEA sound. A couple seconds later my weather radios went off and I grabbed a camera. The warning came out of absolutely nowhere. I couldn't make out a distinct funnel cloud but you could see the general shape of the funnel cloud and sort of could make out a weak mesocyclone. Pictures of the storm are included at the end of the video.
